Position: Measure-Production Coordinator
Employment Type: Full- time
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our measure team. The ideal candidate will possess both project management experience and expertise in measurements. This position will involve working closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Estimators to ensure smooth project execution and accurate measurements. Key responsibilities include processing field measurements, understanding window treatment design and placement, creating plans based on onsite conditions, reading floor plans, collaborating with PMs, and performing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities

Accurately interpret and process measurements obtained from field surveys and assessments.

Ensure measurements are correctly recorded and utilized for project planning and execution.

Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate measurement and placement of window treatments according to design specifications.

Utilize field measurements and onsite conditions to develop manufacturing plans for window treatments. Ensure manufacturing plans align with project requirements and specifications.

Interpret floor plans and architectural drawings to understand project layout and requirements. Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate implementation of plans.

Work closely with Project Managers to support project planning and execution. Provide assistance in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise.

Accurately input and manage project related data in relevant systems or databases. Ensure data integrity and completeness for reporting and analysis purposes.
Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.

Familiarity with measurements and techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret floor plans and architectural drawings.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in window treatment design or manufacturing.

Knowledge of ERP systems.
