WARRANTY

All products provided by County are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of shipment to be free for defects in workmanship and material. This does not include COM fabrics. The only warranty on Customer supplied materials is that which may exist directly to the Customer from the material’s manufacturer. County assumes no responsibility for the suitability of the Customer’s Own Material.

Proper maintenance is necessary to ensure long-term use and durability of the finished goods. The user is expected to make periodic inspections of the products in use and to care for the goods appropriately. Warranty service will be provided free of charge when a product has been used for the purpose for which it was manufactured and when given normal reasonable care. Service will consist of repair or replacement at the factory’s discretion.

This warranty does not apply to products damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse. Any repair made by any party other than County Draperies or its authorized agents will void this warranty. County Draperies will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repairs.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
